Our Commitment
Respecting Your Time and Ours

At PureBeautyNP Aesthetics, we are committed to providing every client with dedicated, unhurried attention during their appointment. When appointments are cancelled without sufficient notice, that time cannot always be filled, which impacts both our team and other clients on our waitlist.

We ask that all clients review and respect our appointment policy when scheduling with us. Your understanding and cooperation allow us to continue delivering the high standard of care our clients deserve.

New Appointments
Booking Fee
A $50 new appointment fee is required to secure all new bookings and will be applied toward your initial visit.

This fee reserves your appointment time and is credited directly to the cost of your first visit with us — it is not an additional charge on top of your service.

Cancellation Notice
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the $50 appointment fee, which must be paid again before a new appointment can be booked. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, and we ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.

No-Shows
Missed Appointments

A "no-show" will result in forfeiture of the $50 appointment fee and/or any prepaid services scheduled for that visit.

We value each client relationship and want to work with you. If you are running late, please call us so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Packages
Package Purchases & Expiry

All packages must be purchased upfront and used within 120 days of purchase.

Sales Policy
All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Services and packages are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals
Please Arrive on Time

We ask that all clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Arriving significantly late may result in a shortened treatment time or the need to reschedule your appointment entirely to respect the time of clients scheduled after you.

If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible at (508) 264-2122 so we can best accommodate your situation.
