Our Cancellation Policy

At PureBeautyNP Aesthetics, we value our clients and the time they set aside to visit us. We understand that unexpected events can occur, but we request that our clients respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling.

1. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, any prepaid services or promotional offers for that visit will be forfeited.

2. Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee: We allow a one-time free cancellation or rescheduling if less than 24 hours of your appointment. However, any subsequent cancellations or rescheduling will incur a $25 fee. This fee must be paid before any future bookings can be made.

3. Short Notice Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a $25 fee will be charged. This fee must be paid before any future bookings can be made.
